1 year ago this week the Tiger Woods Scandal happened. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY KNUCKLEHEAD!!

It was one year ago that we saw the undoing of a great man. Tiger Woods is the first billion dollar sports figure. The first golf pro who was set to eclipse every record the sport ever produced in  record time. Then it all came to an end. Actually the end came in the form of a tree at the end of his block in a swanky affluent part of Florida.

Joe Scarborough goes to the wood shed for campaign contributions

Looks like another MSNBC talent is suspended for dabbling into political campaigns without permission from the bosses.

Joe Scarborough, one time elected official himself, made several contributions to political candidates he was friendly with over the last few years. In light of the Olbermann debacle, MSNBC management apparently feels it must crack the whip in an effort to look fair and balanced (hmmm..).

The BEST prostitute in the world??

Maybe its time to book a trip to Germany!!

"I don't understand how a sexual assault can be made as a condition of my flying."

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) - An Oceanside resident experienced major turbulence on his trip to South Dakota Saturday, and he never even made it on to his plane at Lindbergh Field.
John Tyner says it all started when at the security checkpoint, where he was in line to go through the metal detectors. Instead, he was detoured to an Advanced Imaging Technology (AID) screening.

Tyner felt the screening - which shows a full body scan - was intrusive and he declined.
"I opted out, they walked me around and explained to me they were going to do a pat down," Tyner told News 8. "They explained what was involved at which point I told them I wasn't comfortable having the gentleman touch my groin."
Tyner taped the conversation on his I-Phone. You can hear the following exchange:
Tyner: "I don't understand how a sexual assault can be made as a condition of my flying."
TSA Agent: "This is not a sexual assault."
Tyner: "It would be if you weren't the government."
The agent goes on to tell Tyner that he gave up rights when he bought his ticket.
Eventually authorities escorted Tyner to the American Airlines ticket counter where he was given a full refund for his flight. Tyner thought the incident was over at that point, but as he was going to leave, he says he was ordered back inside the airport to complete his screening.
TSA officials told him once a screening is started, it has to be completed, even if the passenger decides not to fly. Tyner declined to go back in and left the airport.
The TSA sent News 8 a statement defending their actions and including a ruling from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals which states, "Requiring that a potential passenger be allowed to revoke consent to an ongoing airport security search makes little sense in a post 9/11 world."
"Such a rule would afford terrorists multiple opportunities to attempt to penetrate airport security by 'electing not to fly' on the cusp of detection until a vulnerable portal is found."
Tyner was told he could face a fine up to $10,000. There's no word yet if the TSA plans to pursue a case against him.

I'm not happy about the checks either but this guy seems to be making a mountain out of a mole hill. We can't task authorities with the job of keeping us safe then complain about how inconvenient the procedures are. If a person were able to bypass security in the manner this man did and was able to commit an act of terrorism, this guy would the first one yelling the loudest about how incompetent federal authorities were in allowing that to happen.

Say what you want... Manny Pacquiao is no joke.

Manny Pacquiao, 8 times World Champion, put on a clinic tonight. Beating Antonio Margarito with a steady barrage of punches that literally didn't let up until the last round.

And that only happened because the small Filipino tornado was showing mercy. Pacquiao won by unanimous decision but in reality the fight was won by the sixth round. Margarito had flashes of brilliance and connected a number of times but every time he would get on a roll, Pacquiao would come back and answer him.

Since Unemployment affects relationships, maybe there should be...

Sexual Unemployment for people who suffer a break up due to Job Unemployment..

Relationships are like work and sex is the pay check...when the relationship breaks up you stop getting those "checks" there's got to be some kind of relief measure applied..(and masturbation is like self employment)

Who knew Bush was so sensitive?

George Bush doesn't care about Black people...

So after eight years of being called every negative thing under the sun by just about everyone on the planet. It seems the one thing that hurt George Bush's feelings more than anything else thats happened was Kanye West (or Conway as Dubya called him) awkwardly calling him out for the tepid federal response to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. This was the low point. Not the poor response to the Hurricane itself mind you, or the human suffering we all witnessed in the days and weeks that followed. But the lowest point in his tenure as President of the United States is an entertainer making a stink about his administrations response to a catastrophe on live TV.

And I always thought this would have made the number one slot...
"This is a farewell kiss from the Iraqi people, you dog"

Zenyatta, close but no cigar

Very exciting race to watch. Zenyatta had the habit of running last or deep in the pack then turning on the afterburners in the final stretch. The Breeders Cup race was pretty much the same as the others except maybe this time she took too long to make her move. Some people place her in the same category as Secretariat, I don't know about that but she will go down in history as one of the best. I'm a bit superstitious and I believe the intense media attention jinxed her. The last few horses that I can remember getting big media attention going into their last race, Smarty Jones, Barbaro and now Zenyatta all came up short when the pressure was on. Barbaro even broke his leg and had to be put down. But it was a great run for Zenny while it lasted. Check out the montage below and watch greatness in action.

Charlie Murphy shows that stand up doesn't run in the family..

MSNBC is a part time news network at BEST!!

The Associated Press reported that Keith Olbermann was suspended indefinitely for contributing to democratic candidates this past election season. The main issue seems to be that he didn't disclose to his bosses that he donated money. Now rules are rules but to be indefinitely suspended seems a bit excessive.

In fact considering how other talking head show hosts have done it and reading some other articles on the issue the suspension seems to have more to do with Olbermanns's contentious relationship with his boss rather than him breaking some small rule.
MSNBC has morphed itself into a mini-me version of Fox News. Where Faux Noise is hard right leaning, MSNBC has decided to try to counterbalance by leaning hard left. I say try because the network is only making a half-assed attempt at it. The only cable news network that actually stops broadcasting news or news related programming after late night on Fridays and weekends. How many "inside the prison" documentaries and To Catch  A Predator shows can you do? The reason Fux News is so highly rated is because they go hardcore with their message. 24 hours a day, seven days a week Fix News broadcasts skewed news, purposefully erroneous news crawls, incredibly biased talk show hosts and highlighting anything negative about their political enemies. Because MSNBC only broadcasts news half the time, their attempt to mimic the level of bias that Fake News produces is literally halved. If they're going to do it, then  go all the way. Why half step?

Olbermann may have a made a boneheaded mistake not getting the clearance to donate to the party of his choosing but he is the highest rated personality on the network. To suspend him indefinitely is ridiculous and ultimately injurious to the the network itself.

Christine O'Donnell cries foul on the GOP after loss

if embed doesn't work here's the youtube link:

That's to be expected...of course it wasn't her fault for losing.

It had nothing to do with any financial/campaign money issues she had...

or the kooky comments she made on Bill Maher's old show...

or the fact that she ignorantly misinterpreted the 1st Amendment .

naw..none of that shit had anything to do with why the GOP turned their backs on her during the campaign.

The GOP Strikes Back...and Fox News couldn't be happier

Election Day is over and as the smoke clears its become apparent what the American people want. For government to work together. I imagine the country like a scientist with two beakers, one filled with red liquid, the other blue and she's mixing the two trying to find the right combination to fix the problem. Personally, I'm okay with the results. Things went pretty much as expected so its not a total surprise. All the true crazies (O'Donnell, Angle, Green, Paladino) all lost. There's some new blood installed and it will be interesting to see how the Tea Party candidates mix with the old guard Republicans.
